Negative Bloons are a new type of bloon, like Regrowth and Camo, that changes the bloon.
This changes almost everything about the bloon. First off, Red Bloons spawn 1 Blue Bloon, Blue Bloons Spawn 1 Green bloon etc...
Red Bloons, and all bloons that have the Red Bloon's eqivalent speed move as fast as a Pink Bloon. Pinks move as fast as a red normally does.
These cannot be regrowths or camo bloons.
